I got swissmiss marshmallow

Few days ago at Walmart,

I opened this morning and 6,7pack was already open and 1 is empty,

Empty one is not open sealed,

I have picture and opened pack and sealed pack too, I can send all just want to know where to send address

I am Japanese, but in Japan, packages like this are not designed to be opened so easily. Since the contents are in powder form, improvements are needed to ensure proper sealing.

I just made my kiddo some Swiss miss and notice larvae in her cocoa. I check the powder and there is larvae in it also. Disgusting.

I purchased a box of Swiss Miss Lucky charms to find every single hot cocoa packet to have been perforated and was open prior to me opening the box

I bought powdered milk. We have a large family and no where to store extra milk and I decided this would be the solution.

The milk was contaminated with black, red and yellow things.

I suspect it is different types of fungi. If I were using this for bread I wouldve never noticed, but I was using it for milk to drink.

I bought 2 boxes of marshmallow hot cocoa and upon opening there are no marshmallows in either... Boxes have a best by nov 09 2026

I wanted to know if mono and diglycerides in the hot chocolate powder are extracted from animals or plants.

I open up my can of swiss miss hot chocolate and its literally a half of can! I had to pay almost $8.00 for a half can of stuff. So wrong.

I purchased a large can of Swiss Miss Chocolate Hot Chocolaate mix from Sams Club. And the can had a large amount of mix missing.

It should've been filled to the top. It's a 4lb container and had about a 1 lb missing.

I don't appreciate paying full price for less than what I should recieve.

Total of 4 orders sent to wrong apt and other sent to wrong town even though it had been updated Never experience such a mess with y I ur service a total of 4 gifts need to be replaced or do away with being charged for what I did not receive

The nondairy coconut milk, hot chocolate is or has white sugar in it and white sugar causes cancer so would be great ideas. They take the white sugar out and use sugar.

I dont mind feeling a little more for good product.

Please keep this in mind. Thank you so now I have a, I just got a package Christmas milk, hot chocolate and Im gonna go ahead and bite the bullet on this one, but I wont buy the product again again unless they change the sugar content and the product.

Inasmuch as the net weight and approximate servings are listed, to reduce consumer dissatisfaction and decrease sales, it is recommended to either: 1) fill contents to the maximum capacity of the carton, even if you need to increase the price accordingly, or 2) shrink the carton to match the current measure of cocoa. Your current packaging may not be fraudulent or illegal, but it is definitely unethical!

I am not asking for a rebate, a discount, or other compensation.

I would, however, appreciate an email response, simply to know that you received my message. You sell a good product.

I recently purchased Swiss Miss milk chocolate hot cocoa mix. Each packet I opened, four so far, rips at the edges as I'm separating them.

This is unusual, since I've never had an issue with prior purchases. This was not a sale purchase, so it should be a quality product. Maybe there was a machine issue in your plant.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. UPC code 70920 4****.

Was hopen that I was able to order right from you to get the snack size Vallina pudding it's the only kind I buy is your brand for my Grandson one store only carrying it they told me they order it. But hasnt come in all the other favors they have but Vallina so I guess I just check to see if it will come in soon ?
